Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Pitch black with a small, dense tan head. Sweet aroma with roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, some herbal hops. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture - rather pleasant. Finishes bitter with chocolate and a hint of salty licorice. Very nice stout.

50 cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a deep amber glare and a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and light liqourice. Roasted malty. Light salty. Liqourice and roasted finish.

Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours clear tea/amver with small and quicklynvanishing white head. Clear aroma of malt with notes of caramel and raisins. Sweet, malty flavour with smooth caramel notes. Interesting but not quite a weizen, dunkel or not.

Bottle, 9C. Amber with a huge white head. High bead. Aroma is floral and bready with dark berries and raisins, lemon pudding and some spices. Medium bodied, rather too carbonated for me. Sweet berries, raisins and caramel, lighter bread than suggested by the aroma, floral, spice and citrus aromatics, medium bitterness. A little medicinal. Better as it warmed well above recommended temperature and lost some fizz.
