Can sourced from Beer Republic and shared at home (24/05/2020) - (new brewery tick) hazy yellow orange with a white head. Juicy fruity aroma and taste with some vibrant notes of grapefruit and tangerine, some peach, nice juiciness, sweet malty support and a solid hoppy finish. Good stuff.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of intense tropical fruits, mango, pineapple. Taste of resinous hops, apricot, zest, grapefruit, citrus, long bitter finish.

500ml bottle from Island Grocery in Oneroa on a walk in Waiheke. Strong passionfruit flavor, aroma too but not as much (but hard to tell drank out of bottle). Very sour. Fine bubbly carbonation. Nice soft biscuit sweetness (like Young Master’s CCT Gose). Not bad but just not my favorite style.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity and slightly piney, hoppy aroma, biscuity pale malty background, notes of pineapple, passion fruit, some mandarine, orange, a touch of peanut, resinous overtones. Taste is juicy, citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, slightly dry oaty, minimally diluted notes of passion fruit, some lemon and orange, lemon juice, bitter zesty overtones. Very clean for an Hazy IPA, not as juicy and fruity as possible, relatively bitter and piney as well. Kind of NEIPA / West Coast IPA hybrid in the Kernel way. Very nice.

Schooner on tap at Szimpla near Auckland Airport. Crystal clear amber beer with a thin bubbly white head. Light carbonation, nose is guava and assorted tropical fruits. Clingy lacing. Zingy with some bitter hoppy woodiness. Tasty, easy to drink. Dry and fruity in the finish. Nothing ground-breaking but pleasant enough.

Pours with very light gold, some carbonation, and tiny foam. Muddy hops like dirt and a hint of unsweetened malt on the nose. Flavour is meaty vegetably hops and nothing else. Okay oiliness on the mouth but the lack of sweetness and malt is troubling. It's more of a jumbled unsweetened IPA.

On tap at the Lumsden. Pours rubescent black. Bitter roast coffee, espresso, toast, cacao nibs, bit of a red fruit plum thing. Medium body. Good.
