Dark black porter with a moka head. Light smokey malt aroma. Chocolate malt in mouth with nice milkey notes and light hops in finish. Rich and creamy mouthfell. Thanks Joe and Cap.

(Bottle 33 cl) A beer that lives up to it’s name, as it is indeed quite pale golden. Quite a big, white head. Very close to the type’s british role models with it’s malty and nutty character. 061203

(Bottle 33 cl) Very pretty almost mahogany coloured beer with a small, brownish head. A 5-malt beer the label claims, and the malt character is indeed very pronounced. Malty sweetness with slightly smoked notes. Delicious and fresh with a pretty high carbonation. But the body is light, light, light - not really what you would expect from a beer this dark. And also the low alcohol makes this beer one to be consumed by the barrell. 120903

Amber to dark brown color; creamy head. Dusty malt aroma. Quite well balanced: some sweet maltiness, light roasted malt, a lot of caramel, correct bitterness; but also with some metallic note. Simple.

A caramel colored beer with a fine though collapsing white head. The aroma is of straws and hops with hints of caramel and sourness. The flavor is a weird flowery one with notes of caramel, hops, figs, and hints of sourness.

A malty, yeasty aroma - very lovely - with notes of oranges. The color is light amber and it has a fine but fast disappearing head. The flavor is boring compared to the aroma. It is slightly sweet malty with some notes of oranges and very weak yeast. The texture is somewhat watery. All in all an average beer.
