Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, bread, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

330ml can from Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light orange citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, malt, orange tangerine citrus, light hop bitter palate. Nice and sessionable, but doesn’t really have anything to make it stand out.

Can sourced from Beer Republic and shared at home - hazed amber to orange with a white head. Juicy fruity with lots of stone fruit, layers of apricot and peach, nectarine, sweet malty backing, piney balanced bitter hoppy close. Still in pretty good nick considering the 11/21 BBE. Drinks good.

Can that I have picked up from somewhere recently, but I forget where? Consumed Tuesday 24th August 2021 after taking part in Beer School with Nat. Pours dark gold with a white head. Was expecting a little bit more from this, the usual bitter, resinous, dry, clean and distinct flavours are a little absent. There is as described a tendency towards exotic fruits, it's hoppiness is not in question but it's similarities to the classic west coast beer key characteristics are. It's not a bad beer, though I never finished it as I was a) full after a big meal and b) a little bit disappointed that it was not as expected. Okay but could do better.

Teeny tiny can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear rich copper - amber with a small frothy beige head. The rich, oily, sweet, sticky, resinous, sappy, sticky, bourbon soaked oak, vanilla, toffee, toffee crisp and cacao nibs. The taste is initially drying, toothy, sticky, bitter - sweet, oily, toffee, dried fruits, prune, date, bourbon soaked oak, charred oak, oily orange, touch of marmalade, spice, boozy warmth and surprising smoothness through a dry oak finish. Fulsome body and fine, massaging carbonation. Dangerously drinkable stuff. Not a huge amount of depth for what it is tbh, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Cloudy, murky gold with little to no head, and a robust citrus aroma. There's immediately a saltiness to this, with slightly tart lime and wheaty malt flavours going on, a very refreshing zingy mouthfeel and a dry, sweet and sour finish

Can, 0.44l. Aroma of pineapple, citrus, mango, cereals and white wine. Pours hazy pale golden color with large frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour tropical fruity and citrusy, following is funky, bready and medicinal, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Pineapple gift from Kiwis…
