Description
Brasserie De Sutter was founded by two brothers, Antoine and Frédéric, passionate about beer and its production. In 2008, they embarked on recipe creation tests and after obtaining their degrees in agronomy and brewing, the first beers were born. Quickly reassured by the quality of their products, the brewers set up an artisanal production unit of 800 liters. In January 2012, it was the big leap towards controlled, higher-capacity manufacturing thanks to the move of the De Sutter Brewery in Gisors to larger premises with new, high-performance brewing equipment.

Bière 33 cl, robe ambrée, bouche correcte mais sans grand signe distinctif, plutôt standard, et réussie sans être exceptionnelle.

33cl Fles, dank mam & Henk! Mistig oranje kleur, witte kraag. Bloemig, licht geparfumeerd, hoppig, medium zoet, hint van hars, licht fruitig, gist, flink bitter. Licht body. Smaakvol bitter en hoppig bier, maar geen IPA.

Bottle shared. Clear golden, white head. Crisp malts, light spicy yeast with some pepper and cloves, light grassy hops. Medium sweet and nice lasting over medium bitter. Medium bodied, slightly dry. Quite OK.

Bière 50 cl en canette métallique très graphique. Nez sur la framboise, robe rose très trouble, surprenante. Bouche à mi chemin entre l'ipa et la bière aromatisée framboise, tiré un peu trop sur la framboise et pas assez sur l'amertume pour moi mais se boit très bien !

Spora butla nietypowego ksztaltu. Piwo znakomite, piana wielka i super trwala. Barwa zlocista, lekko zmetnione, ekologiczna swierzosc, zapach chmielny zielona trawa, w smaku lekko slodowe dosc konkretnie nachmielone 3 chmielami. Ladny kotek wymalowany na butli. Skonsumowane podczas finalu euro 2020

Bière 33 cl. Je l'ai utilisé3 pour faire un welsch et en accompagnement de celui-ci. Brune assez plate rant au niveau de la carbonatation que du goût qui manque un peu de richesse et de complexité. Ça se boit malgré tout. (M)
