Description
Brasserie De Sutter was founded by two brothers, Antoine and Frédéric, passionate about beer and its production. In 2008, they embarked on recipe creation tests and after obtaining their degrees in agronomy and brewing, the first beers were born. Quickly reassured by the quality of their products, the brewers set up an artisanal production unit of 800 liters. In January 2012, it was the big leap towards controlled, higher-capacity manufacturing thanks to the move of the De Sutter Brewery in Gisors to larger premises with new, high-performance brewing equipment.

Huge, very dense, lightly yellowish stable head over finely carbonated, veiled copper-ochre beer with a verdigris sheen. Soapy, cocos, bit coloured malts, dried herbs. Honeyish flavour, sweet malts, cookie malts. Bit maltsyrup-like with herbs Quite slick, very well-carbonated, medium bodied. Definitely not bad. Thanks to Stef!

Dark amber with a foamy head that slowly fades. Aroma of Calvados. Taste is bittersweet with the low-key, yeasty sweetness driving things. More apple brandy at the finish. Medium bodied, modestly chewy, balanced carbonation. Pleasant.

Vergeetbaar biertje.
