Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a hazy deep ruby red with a slight purple hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry and slightly tart red grapes with a light funk and a bit of chai underlying. Flavor has lots of tart red grapes with a touch of oak and funk plus a slight dry finish.

Way less acidic than the last acid bomb tavour exclusive from speciation but still some acid on the finish, but nice vanilla and sea salt upfront. Cherries and pineapple on the nose, fun blend!

Dark red, some slight pinkish white soda foam. Smell is very tart, funky woody, grape. Body is remarkebly light for the ABV, pretty carbed. Taste is sour, with plenty of dry grape and something reminding of cocktail onions. Very flavourful, quite light.

Hazy pinkish brown body, thin off-white head. Aroma and body funky and vinous with a moderate bite, oak, and cobwebs, finishing with dry grain notes. Robust yet approachable.

pink purple color. Bourbon, oak, raspberries, blueberries. Nice fruit character but the depth isn’t there compared to magic lambic. Nice bourbon character, tart modestly Jammy. Decent depth. Good stuff but not mind blowing.

Pretty clear deep brown coloured body with a thinnish off-white and tan head that fades quickly. Aroma of super sour, tart and funky bretty, lactobilly and spontaneously fermented notes with some blackberries and raspberries here along with some barrel and oaky foeder notes here as well but a lot of complexity in the nose, in a good way. Light-bodied; Strong soured, tart and funky yeast notes with a lot of blackberries, raspberries and strawberry flavours up front along with some lemon and lime notes along with a bit of a oak, foeder and barrel aging here, but the spontaneously fermenting notes and assertive effervescence is the strongest here, in a great, complex way. Aftertaste is very deep, intensely complex with a nice robust fruity sourness, but the yeast, effervescence and especially the funky notes shine through here in a great way with a lot of tanginess and mouthwatering qualities here, but nice throughout. Overall, a great beer that hits the mark nicely for a wild ale, with a ton of complexity, a lot of robust fruit flavours that perhaps are all from the yeast, but an elegant robustness throughout makes this worth trying to find, or at least keep a bit longer than I did! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Everyday Wines in Ann Arbor, Michigan on 02-August-2021 for US$9,00!!! sampled at my house here in Washington, as Beer #23 (second to last!) of my 2021 Advent Calendar, sampled on 02-January-2022, just a few days late.
