Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Lemon, sour milk, barley malt, and grass/fresh hay aroma. Mildly sweet lemon, barley malt, mildly sour lactic acid, and moderately bitter grass/fresh hay flavor. Good body.

473ml can. Pale golden colour with a light haze, small white head that doesn't last long. Aroma of grapefruit, orange peel, piney resin. Taste is the same, orange and grapefruit, citrus peel, piney and resinous, bitter finish, maybe wants to be a bit stronger. Medium bodied. Solid westie.
Minor pet peeve not with this beer but the brewery - not putting any canning date/BBD on the can. I had no idea this was around 4 months old until I went on the brewery's social media to find their post about it.

7fiddy shared with the fam. It pours clear deep orangey - copper with a dissipating white head. The aroma is vinous, tart, tangy, sherbet, lots of crunchy red grape, must, juniper, fig, lactic, cranberry and sherbet. The taste of quite bright, bracing acidity, tart, puckering, vinous, grape skin, must, damp oak, dull funk, cranberry, redcurrant, crunchy granny smith apple and sherbet with a drying finish. Medium body and soft, fluffy carbonation. Nice beer overall, just a touch too acidic.

375mL bottled 2024, drunk 7/17/25.
Large, dark beige head immediately vanishes. Clear, deep copper-bronze with a rosy-peach hue.
Very bright and juicy with round acidity and soft oak. Well-aged stuff with no aggressive lactic, nor any acetic acid. Seems nice and malty with rich wheat, as well.
Bright and well-carbonated with piquant acidity adding gooseberry-like interludes throughout a lactic palate with soft, nutty, chewy wheat and big fruitiness throughout. Juicy with a long, tart, fruity finish redolent of orange wine and light stone fruit. Excellent texture and balance.

Aromas are spicy, floral, malt and Brett. Flavors are similar to nose; a bit more tart than sweet. Okay body and carbonation.
