Batch 3. Bottle from Platform 3B at Donny station. Picked up by my mate Nik. Glowing light orange gold with a beautiful glossy lasting white swede. Unmistakable Fantome yeast here, which is impressive. Herb and flora. Runny honey. Bread. Light oily hop leaf. Taste is light sweet with a soft herbal bitterness. Super smooth and foamy on the palate. Drinks well. Soft herbal bitter finish. A bit of a throwback really. Up my street.

French roast coffee, subtle prune underneath. Viscous black, headless. Coffee, prune, intense and equal proportions. Full body, viscous, easy carbonation, warm. Not super complex, but very intense without being a chore.
