Had it a couple weeks ago, misplaced my notes. Pale yellow with thin head. Light rice and hop aroma. Ricey body rather sweet. Thin finish.

750 ml bottle purchased at Lavada Wine Shop in Overland Park, Kansas shared at a tasting. BATCH #6 - JAN 2022 on the label. The pour is a hazed yellow, soft gold with a foamy white head that falls quickly. The aroma is soft funk, grass, floral along with some leather. The taste is the softly funky lemon citrus, the grass, and dry leather and more subtle funk. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation, and unfiltered mouth feel and an interesting floral and dry leather finish. The citrus lingers in the aftertaste. More refined than I was expecting, smooth and easy drinking.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a moderate foamy white head. Aroma of citrus and pale stone fruit and more. Med body. Juicy but hardly sweet. Decently bitter. Flavor is citrus, pale stone fruit, light weed, and perhaps pineapple or passion fruit. Very good flavor.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours slightly hazy golden with little off-white head. Aroma of hay, herbs, medicine, citrus. Tastes slightly sour with some sweetness. Medium bodied.

Sesongstart på Mi2 Cardinal, hvor vi alle stilte med topptrimmet lever og tilsvarende pågangsmot. Godt bortgjemt i Cardinals rikholdige utvalg fant vi denne skatten, en 0,75 flaske merket "batch #2 - Oct 2020". Klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilige farmhouse-inntrykk med citrus, stall/høy, urter og steinfrukter. "Her var det mange spennende dufter og smaker", var en av kommentarene rundt bordet.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours an opaque dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of tart cherry pie, some wild bugs, and gentle oak. Flavour has plenty of fluffy, tart cherry pie, and some bugginess. Very fluffy palate, but great cherry character despite a lack of depth. Good.
