33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, plum, with average whitish foam, medium grain. Aroma is malty, walnuts, winey. Body is dense, with good carbonation. Taste is pretty sweet, with a licorice feeling. Limited bitterness. Finish is fairly long and sweet.

Aus der Flasche 2015-10 getrunken. Dieses Quardruple kommt mil vollen Karamell-/Malzaroma daher was mit tollen Blaubeernoten abgerundet wird. Ein echter Klassiker - Geiles Zeug!

Bottle from Bishops Arms Östersund. Well my 1000th rating (not the Fruh Kolsch) is this beauty from my very own pub. Ive watied a while to taste it. It was not the light Belgian i expected but was nevertheless very nice. Nothing remarkable but a decent Belgian feel to it. Mid brown in colour. Smooth as usual with warming feel. (26/7/18) ---- Bottle from the abbey, Rochefort. Overall I'm not sold on this beer. It has a somewhat odd taste and lack of silkyness I'm not so sure about. 3.3 to 3.2.

Bière 33 cl. Couleur brun foncée, mousse beige, belle carbonation. Nez sur le caramel , le fruit mûr et le café. Amertume légère, arrière goût de cacao, de torréfié. Sucrée, sans excès à mon goût, et onctueuse à souhait. Tout cela explose en bouche, c'est festival de saveurs. Belle longueur en bouche. Une des meilleures bières que je connaisse, tout simplement.

Botella 33 cl en el Kraken 04..07..2018. (r2479). Color amarillento dorado velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con stoques dulces y sensación alcohólica seca. Poco amargo. Cuerpo medio algo denso, un poco seco. Buena.
