16 oz draft. Aroma of grassy and grapefruit hops. Flavor has grapefruit, orange and was light acidic character. Bread like malt to balance. Pretty good for a under 6.3 % IPA. However, certainly not mind shattering.

50cl hazy garnet white head. Nose doesn't scream dubbel, there are dates and raisins but more caramel and malt. Barrel arrives in the mouth, sherry and bourbon. Malt and candy. Strawberry and the end. Medium bodied. Sherry doesn't overwhelm. 7 4 7 4 13

Bottle pour. Poured a ruddy brown color with a tan head. Aroma was rich fruits, vanilla and dry honey. Flavor was light herbal notes, clove, light fruits, slightly sweet malt with a smooth, rounded vinous notes.

50cl bottle pours a opaque black, legs, creamy beige head that was clingy. Nose is very nice and approachable. Coffee, kahlua and some green coffee cherries. Malt, licorice and raisinette. Barrel is there but it screams more brandy or cognac than whiskey. Flavor has maple and barley and malt and caramel. More cookie than anything. Vanilla is there but it feels a touch off. Coffee and kahlua and cognac all stand firm. Full bodied, long oily, boozy finish. Very well balanced.

Pours black into an English pint. Mocha nitro head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet milk chocolate aromas. Soft with licorice and soy upfront turning to charred espresso and chocolate before the dry, lasting pit fruit finish.

16oz can pours a cola brown/black with a ring of just off white head? Nitro? Maybe. Nose is nice. Malty and earthy, smoke, toast, carob. Flavor amps up the toast and adds caramel and licorice. There's something pleasantly astringent, like first runnings tea. Medium bodied, only lightly creamy (I wanted more body) and dry. Tannic too.
