Bottle, at share, thanks to me. Pours dark brown. Maple syrup, caramel, butterscotch, intense maple, barrel, vanilla, pear, light piney notes. Silky body. Excellent.

Can from my boss, from one of his trip to Vermont. Lightly hazy, golden-amber colour with a fluffy-frothy off-white cap, good stay and thick soapy lacing left. A lot going on in the aromas with a good mix of caramel malt base, orange peel, honey, some piney notes and hints of tropical fruits, cereals. The mouthfeel is juicy with a nice building dryness in the finish. The cereal notes come out nicer in the taste, with the citrus zest cutting the mild sweetness left. Quite a smooth, nicely-brewed Double IPA with lots going on, but all well blended. Now, must visit this brewery next time I am in Vermont.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours black with a creamy tan head. Toast, creamy, raspberry, cherry, dry toast. Nice soft body. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear bright gold. Grapefruit, pine, bright citrus zest, cracker, hint of caramel, little herbal, clean bitter finish. Medium body. Excellent.

pitch black color. Slight acrid. Solid whiskey barrel character. Relatively dry. Full body alcohol well hidden modestly hoppy a bit to acrid for me but just a touch otherwise great depth. Solid beer

sweet nose with rye whiskey oak and a touch of roasted malt. Full bodied . Big whiskey and rye character. Very rounded. Low medium bitterness. Rounded. Smooth and lovely and I love the fact it’s a lager.

0,473l can from J&B Craft Drinks online store. Canned 21DEC23. Hazy dark orange beer with medium head. Aroma and flavor has pine, grapefruit, resin, grass and malts. Nice crispy and bitter beer.

Draught @ George Keeley, Manhattan (Mar 2024). Clear pale golden with a foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter taste with citrus peel flavor, thin smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Smooth brew.
