Flaska från SB. Gyllengul klar vätska med medelhögt vitt skum som håller länge. Söta maltdoft med honung, bröd, hö och lite smör. Relativt krispig munkänsla för att stark och relativt söt, honung, sött ljust bröd, en lätt fruktighet med torkade äpplen och aprikoser, bra balans mellan fyllighet/styrka och lätthet i smakbilden. Trevlig.

BOTTLE 33 CL, slightly past its BB date. Pale yellow and clear, creamy white head. Delicate honey malts and a touch of floral an grassy hops in the nose. The taste is similar - delicate honeyish sweetness instead of proper malts, light floral notes and cereals/meal. No bitterness. Clean and smooth body. A well done helles.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear golden, rich firm head. Fruity with some floral grassy hops and vague notes of butter. Mid sweet with solid body and well rounded gentle mouthfeel. Fruity bready malt with honey, grass and butter. Fairly low bitterness. Really malty and quite harmonious. A nice festbier.
