Nose is ripe tropical fruits, raw pineapple, grass, mandarin, subtle hop spice.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine resin, orange zest, light boost, mango pulp.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Tidy punchy DIPA with an old skool lilt about it.

(Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 25 Feb 2026) Cloudy golden yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with citrus, grapefruit, orange, mango, pineapple and herbs. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, white bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Great beer!

Floral & earthy spices abound. Milky chai spice nose with some extra stout roast.
Smooth cocoa, cinnamon, clove, with a pleasant sweet spice that the board says is cardamom. Black pepper. Evaporated milk. Herbal bite.
Smooth, slight powdered texture, steeeped acidity.

Rodenbach plus Belgian stout blend. Milky cocoa, mellow roast, slight acid, cherries, brett, faded hops, yep, that's what it is. Too simple for the price.

Green, unsweet strawberry & orange peel nose. Not too bold here.
Grapefruit, onion, very soapy bitterness, candy chem burn; not the right ratio. Finding lots of misused Simcoe out in the wild lately. Doughy on the tail with a punch of abv.
