Established in 2011
A lot has changed since then; we now brew an ever evolving variety of progressive cask beer alongside modern, vibrant beers in can & keg, we now ship our beer further afield, even to different countries, but our loyal audience in the North West keeps us busier than ever and as such we've grown our brewing capacity over time from 100 thousand to 2 million pints per year.
But more than a decade on we are still an independent brewer-owned brewery, passionately crafting beers from our inspiring & beautiful location. Driven by the same energy we have always had, to bring you an ever changing array of bold, vibrant & delicious beer.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; murky brown pour expect a bright orange from a NEIPA, soapy white head, aroma has big pine and mango, taste has mango, some spice, tangerine, some grapefruit, almost there a few tweaks will make this a 3.8 for me.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden amber with a nice lacy head. Nose - floral and orange. Maybe orange blossom. Taste - more malt this time but still good citrus. Palate - light bodied throughout. Dry but not overly dry finish. Could be longer. Overall - doesn't look like it but there are some notes that remind me of amber ales.

September 2017 - Can at L42. It pours cloudy dirty blonde with a tiny white head. The aroma is sweaty, oily, green, damp leaves, celery, toasted sesame seed, danky onion and bread. The taste is dry, toasty grainy, green, oniony, tropical fruits, soap, spoiled peach, spice, straw, hay and earth who it's a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather odd stuff. Not great.
