Sample courtesy of SHIG. cheers Shawn! Deep golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of whisky, woody, apple, boozy. Taste is sweet apple, fruity, mellow, with whisky barrel, oak, vanilla notes, alittle leathery funk and smooth tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a coppery golden with no head to maybe a bubble or two. Aroma is boozy, woodsy, apple, pungent. Taste is apples, boozy, woodsy, tannins, tangy, drying finish, little leathery remains.

Bottle: Poured a copper golden with a bubble head. Aroma is apples, boozy, toffee, vanilla, oaky. Taste is fresh crisp apples, oaky, woodsy, boozy, tangy at the finish.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Shig. A clear pink peach coloured pour with a loose halo of white head. Aroma is subdued, little bark, dry apple, flint. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, custard, apple, light bark, fine. Palate i semi sweet, moderate fine carbonation. Mellow stuff.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 14/06/22. Pale golden yellow with a good sized white cap as it goes for ciders ... dissipates after a minute or so. Nose is apple skin, grass, herb, faint elderflower presence. Taste comprises more elderflower, light apple notes, tannins, vinous, sweet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. It's Ok ... rather on the sweet side ... tend to prefer when the elderflower adds a more bitter edge.

Taste is sweetish, elderflower, fruity, gooseberry, apple, fleshy, some citric notes and tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying floral citric finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden pinkish colour, white foam rim and aroma of spice, herbal, woody. Taste is sweet, apple strudel, cinnamon, spiced, woody, tannic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, spiced drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
