Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy head and lacings. Grassy and grainy nose. Quite hoppy with some buiscuit beneath. Very malty flavor -caramel, grass an buiscuit. Smooth with a medium body/carbonation. Fine.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear golden with a white foamy head. Lots of grain and hay. A bit sweet flavor with a herbal bitter end. Medium to thin body. Average.

Bottle looks simple but good. I like the colours. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts modest dry, with a fruity touch of lemon. Background a bit bitter. Well balanced finish, still fruity-sourish. Not bad!

Heller Antrunk, in dem vor allem die Hefe hervorsticht, sich aber etwas dumpf verhält und so nicht überspitzt daherkommt, was dem Weizenbock gut steht. Die Würzigkeit passt sich an, sie ist nicht sehr intensiv und ebenfalls hell gehalten, wirkt aber auch dumpf. Wenig malzig.Der Hopfen bildet sich zum Ende etwas heraus, alles in Allem harmonieren die Aromen aber gut und lassen sich kaum isolieren. Danke an wastl für das Bier! 10/10/11/11/12/12

Süßlicher Antrunk, wenig wässrig und hopfig. Im Mittelteil bleibt der Hopfen in seiner zurückhaltenden Position, die Herbe wird etwas kräftiger und ist nun mit der hellmalzigen Süße auf gleichauf. Harmonisch, im weiteren Verlauf noch etwas intensiver werdend. Die Hopfigkeit kommt erst zum Ende etwas hervor, sorgt aber dort für einen weichen Ton neben der Herbe. Süffiges Bier, bei dem man den Alkoholgehalt in keiner Weise erkennen kann. Danke an wastl für das Bier! 6/8/8/7/11/8

Fruchtiger und vollmundiger Hopfenantrunk, semig. Angenehm würzig, der blumige Hopfen ist weiter vorhanden. Vollmundig, etwas grasig, hintergründig wenig herb, etwas erdig, süßlich. Sehr erfrischend, durchgehend eher mild aber keinesfalls aromenschwach. Zum Ende leicht erdnussig, stärker hopfenherb, sehr angenehm ausgleitend. Sehr gelungen! 11/12/12/12/12/12

Murky apricot coloured, medium sized white head, fruity wheaty nose. Moderate malty, yeasty and fruity with mild spicy notes. Traces of vanilla in rather dry finish. Refreshing and easy-drinkable weizen. Lots of sediment at the bottom.

Hazy straw. Herbal hop aroma with a light pale malt bread character. Sweetish front, picks up some yeasty dustiness and earthy hop bitterness. Finishes on the sweet side for the style.
