Hazy brown colour, ufo’s, no real head. Smoky aroma, prunes, bacon, raisins. Smoky flavour, sweet dried dark fruits, prune, light sour note. Light in carbonation. Smoky finish, light sour, red fruits. OK, but not really worth the hefty price.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Crown-top bottle with 5.1%! The beer is smooth and mild. Hints of yeast, nice and smooth malty, Fresh, hints of grain, easy to drink with mild hints of malt. Not too deep but thirst-quenching without being watery at all. The aftertaste is mild, smooth and fresh with hints of smooth yeast and malt. Solid without being too sweet.

[ As Nikl-Bräu Gourmet Sherry Bock Barrel Aged ].Clear medium orange - brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart berries, cherry, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel - brown sugar sweet, cherry tart, wood, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140904]

Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavyy caramel, dried fruit, barley wine - bock alike, prunes, date, smoke, wood, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, smoked, wood, alcohol, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic.
