Draught at the brewpub: Hazy, amber coloured, stable creamy off-white head; dry dark-malty, a bit toasty nose with herbal-hoppy undertones and a light barnyardy touch; light bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; lingering aromatic bitter-nutty finish. Well balanced, typical franconian stuff.........

Swing top bottle. Blonde. Soft cardboard aroma. Malty, flowery and citric hopbitter flavor. Hints of cardboard coming up in the aftertaste. There is still work to do for this brand new brewery. A sample, tasted december 2011 gave additional problems. Blonde. Buttermilk and grass in the aroma. Full bodied. Milky creamy buttery flavor with Werthers Original, grass and orange. Diacetyl. Unclean. (4 3 5 2 6 = 2.0)
