50 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, BBE 19.02.2012
Flourish and sweet, banana-like aroma. Palate is a bit too thin. Light flavour contains some aged banana. Way too light stuff.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is wheat, banana, some nutmeg, toffee and mild citrus fruity notes. Flavour is toffee, some grains, mild nutmeg, mild citrus as well as quite much yeasty notes. Big time toffeeish and wheaty notes.

Draught at Weinhaus Vogel
Beautiful brown color, bright, with creamy head. Mild aroma of caramel, and light smoke. The low carbonation allows to enjoy a better body; caramel flavor, with correct nitterness, not too dry. Pleasant.

Bottle from Markgrafen, Würzburg
Beige color; generous compact head. As often happens, there is a strong aroma of paper and cardboard, and just light roasted malt. Simple caramel and roasted malt flavo, with some residual sweetness and a milky feeling. Low bitterness. Quite poor.

(bottle, 4.9% abv) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Mildly biscuity and grainy malty aroma with subtle notes of citrus, draff and herbal hops. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Grainy malt-chatacter with a good dash of herbal hops; the bitterness gets a bit harsh towards the finish. Finally not bad. 31.V.11

Herber und recht trockener Antrunk. Das Malz wird hier kaum ersichtlich, im Mittelteil nur wenig. Wässrig, wenig aromatisch, kurzer unspektakulärer Abgang. Langweilig. 9/5/4/3/5/3

Hefig-muffiger Antrunk, etwas herb, viel zu bitter. Penetrant bitter und säuerlich, trocken, sehr unharmonisch. Unattraktives Bier! 11/5/4/4/6/4

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Quite grainy on the nose but with a pleasant grassy and piney hop impact. Dry, medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated, slightly metallic in the bitter and grainy finish. Bitterness, grass, some generic fruits as well as pale malts in the flavor. A decent pilsener indeed. 110128
