Bottle. Hazy, deep golden body with a big, pillowy white head, fully lasting. The aroma is dominated by banana and clove, but also has notes of toasted grain and dough. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic and lightly bitter. The finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and moderately acidic. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Nice hefe, though the aroma is not as robust as the best hefes. The palate is excellent with a slick, creamy wheat feel. The acidic tartness overtakes the slick sweet characteristics for a nice finish.

Great hefe, bubblegum and flowery aroma, perfect hefe color and palate, taste matches the aroma. very refreshing, although the taste is not enough to support the beer and it gets a little bland after awhile. not bad though
