Aromas of flowers and lemon for the hops, yeast, and clove. Head is huge, creamy, white, with good lacing and is fully lasting. Color is a hazy amber. Flavor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is medium, watery and has a soft carbonation. I have to say this is a great German Hefeweizens. Great aromas, flavors, and all in perfect balance.
