Poured from a 750 ml bottle dated August 2020. Aroma is moderately berry forward with nice blackberry notes and hints of tannins and leafy notes. Light herbal, earthy funk and hints of must. Faint oak, lemon and alcohol notes. Pours a slightly hazy, orangish red color with a large, slightly pink, thick, frothy head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers for a bit on the edges. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with a slight sharpness and slight sweetness. Hints of grain, low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate blackberry notes with light tannins. Light earthy, herbal, musty funk with hints of oak and lemon. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid lambic. Berry notes are not overpowering or jammy, but do add a bit of acidity. Base beer is a bit on the mellow side with not as much funk as I would prefer.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle dated August 2020. Aroma is berry forward with lots of cassis, raspberry and hints of other berry and lemon notes. Light herbal, earthy notes and hints of tannins and phenolics. Faint oak, grain and alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, pinkish orange with a very large, thick, pillowy, slightly pink head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers throughout. Flavor has a light acidity and faint grain notes. Faint bitterness and hints of alcohol and oak. Moderately strong berry notes of cassis, raspberry and blueberry with lighter strawberry notes. Light tannins and herbal, earthy phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid beer. Really nice berry notes that don't overpower the base beer and do not add too much acidity. Probably the best beer I have had from this brewery. Nice herbal, earthy funk.

Light wheat, quute some oak, dry wood, earthy funk. Medium sweet and sour. Creamy medium bodied with quite some carbonation. Very tasty, great fruits but also a lot of wood and funk.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle dated March 2020. Aroma is fairly cherry forward with a sweet, cherry pie note. Faint grain notes, and phenolics with hints of lemon. Faint oak and alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, bright, reddish purple with a medium large, medium thick, pillowy, slightly pink head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers for a bit on the edges. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with a light sweetness. Faint grain notes, low bitterness and hints of alcohol. Fairly strong fruit, candied, sweet cherry notes with hints of phenolics and tannins. Faint oak notes. Faint earthy, herbal notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid kriek with a lot of cherry character, but the cherry notes are a bit sweeter and candied than cherry pie and cinnamon. No medicinal notes. Not a ton of base lambic complexity hiding behind the cherry.
