Bottle. Unclear pale golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is sulphuric, citrus, dough, a bit stinky. Taste is sulphuric, sugar icing, a bit mealy, barnyardy, a touch peas. Silky mouthfeel with surprisingly high carbonation. Alright and quite well drinkable, but not too convincing.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Smooth caramelly beginning. Malty, moderate bitter with a rich and fruity malty body. Deep and rich, more bitterness than expected, easy to rink with nice malty caramel in the back.

Gourmet-Fläschla (vom Pfischterla): Golden, hazy, small and stable off-white head; moderate sweetish malty nose with a tinge of herbal hops and moderate flavours of woodfire; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering sweet malty and herbal-citrussy finish, some wood and smoke in the aftertaste. A pleasant little Rauchbier for beginners...
