(bottle, 33cl) Dark brown colour with a beige and short foamy head. Roast-malty aroma with ashy notes, as well as hints of caramel, dark and milk coffee and fudge. Moderately bitter and slightly tart favour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Dark roasted malty and chocolate-laden, slightly roasted and tart taste; dry and mildly bitter, slightly tart and bitter finish. Something between a Brown Ale and a dry Stout. 12.VIII.17

Fläschla: Golden, hazy, stable medium-sized creamy off-white head; moderate sweet-bitter malty-bisquity nose, shy herbal-piney hops in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; gets drier and hoppier towards the herbal-piney and pale-malty finish. Not exciting, but a Bock of decent quality...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a short and minimally off-white frothy head. Distinctively bready malty aroma with notes of butter, caramel, onions and a whiff of citric and herbal-spicy hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly bready malty taste with notes of butterscotch, toffee and mildly hoppy spice in the background; sweet and slightly buttery malty and delicately hop bitter finish with lasting notes of toffee in the aftertaste. Interesting brew. 06.VIII.17

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly grainy malty arom a with notes of caramel, white bread and vanilla, accompanied citric and flowery, also slightly spicy hoppy notes. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly sugary malty start with grainy and delicately bready notes, accompanied by a whiff of caramel and subtle fruity hints; sweet malty, grainy finish with a discreetly bitter but flowery hoppy touch. Perhaps a tad too sweet, at least by Franconian standards. 26.VI.17

Many thanks for this Oko-Weissbier to kevnic2008. Piekny wyglad spora trwala i puszysta piana. Szklanica Erdingera wypelniona super tym aromatycznym bananowym piwem. Mnostwo osadu, metnistosc i zapach swierzych nie wpelni dojrzalych bananow. W smaku twarde jeszcze o zielonej skorce babnany, do tego sporo soczystego miazszu melona. Kapitalny pszeniczniak.

Golden with little white head. Slightly phenolic with lots of apple juice, maybe tobacco, some green stuff again, chalk. Taste is some sweet gummy bears, juicy bread dough malts, pepper. A little oily, very spicy and not drinkable. Meh.

Bottle. Golden color with small white head. Aroma is buttery, papery malt, some vegetables. Taste is buttery, rather full-bodied, some pale malts. Medium carbonation. The aroma is a letdown, but it’s drinkable.

Bottle. Hazy orange, offwhite lace. Salty minerally, grainy, a hint DMS. Medium light chewy, grainy, minerals, citruspeel, herbal bittering hops. Pleasant enough drink.

Looks like catpiss with little white head. Aroma is intense green stuff, lettuce, unripe leek, some flowers. Taste is the same with some bitter spicy hops. Slightly alcoholic. Full body but not easily drinkable. Ok, not great.
