Bitterer, süßlich hellmalziger Beginn. Die Bitterkeit bleibt dabei unerwartet stark, frisch, intensiv. Der Hopfen ist ebenfalls aromatischer als erwartet, deutlich grasig, würzig, rund. Getreidig-herb-hopfiger Mittelteil und Abgang, spritzig, langer Nachgeschmack. Gut! 9/11/10/11//11

An almost clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of strong pale malt, spicy hops, biscuit. Taste of sharp spicy bitter hops, biscuit malt, toffee, long bitter finish.

100cl swing top bottle. A hazy amber beer with a big beige head. Aroma of fruity malt, caramel, some oranges and bitter hops. Taste of fruity hops and malt, oranges, hints of grapefruit, caramel. Long bitter finish.

Tap at BeerGeek. Quite thin body, dry. Med-high carbonation. Paler than expected, with deep amber to brown colour, clear. Mostly malty, with elegant toasted bredy, light nutty and caramel maltiness, a hint of diacetyl. Easy drinking, quite good even if a bit plain.

Very tasty red drunk at HopDog, no red X astringency, very smooth and full red caramel flavor. Sonnenbrau does it again! Excellent beer.

Dark red chesnut, tanned creamy lace
Light caramel sticky, dry, licorice, some edges. Fun.

Tap at HopDog on 19 Dec 2024. Deep chestnut, reddish. Cream, nuts, roasted, caramel. Taste is front heavy, a sharp edge, then fluff, creamy; melanoidin, caramel. Slightly sticky buttery aftertase.

Tap at HopDog. Dull, thick, golden orange with a big head. Lots of citrus in the nose, some dry stone fruit, wheat biscuits. Dry and fruity flavor, grapefruit, nectarine, bready, nice fruitiness. Original.

Tap at HopDog. Deep golden, slightly murky. Deep grass late summer hay. Sweet, full, fruity; creamy apple juice. Surprisingly not-bad. Tad sticky aftertaste.

Tap at HopDog. Cloudy golden, white lacing head. Nice grassy, herbal and citrus nose. Medium light mellow body, light crunchy grain, lovely broad classical hop profile, no fruit nectar nonsense. Super crushable.
