Vom Fass beim Hopdog: Golden, hazy, mid-sized white head, mild mineralic traces in the dry bitter-sweet rural-grainy nose; solid bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied, both soft and crunchy; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. Very decent franconian quality...

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish blonde, clear, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is malty, a little caramel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, but with a little underlying bitterness. Final is average.

Tap at HopDog. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is grains and grass, floral, some gummybear-like juicy malts, but overall quite hoppy. Taste is soft juicy malts, strong grassiness and floral hops again, almost too perfumey, but not quite. Decent bitterness in the back but all balanced by a soft Franconian juicy fruits body as well as a tiny touch of barn. Soft oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Good one, this is close to the keg version of Gänstaller Kellerbier in style, but you have to like this kind of beer, as it's quite perfumey with old school hops.
