Can from Hopdog. Pours pale, light hazy golden, white lace. Spritzy, citrus, grass, nice bitter back of the mouth, pilsnerish. Light chalky, salty, moreish.

Can. Clear golden. Grass, hay, slightly sour straw. Full chewy dry. Soft, bitter, fresh. Not bad. Drinkable, even.

Can. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is a bit rustic, grainy, cereals, yeast. Taste is soft cereals, barn, nice balance though. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Solid!

Tap at HopDog. Golden, mostly clear. Very much flower, grain, starch. Front heavy, a bit thin, could need a bit more body. Fruity, melon, creamy. Sweet, but still Pilsnerish.

Unclear chestnut amber with a creamy head. Candy sugar, roasted nuts and malt, caramel, lemon zest, dark bread, raisins, red wine, resin, basement notes and wood. Hoppy zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, creamy texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty roasty malty finish. A very good Amber Lager, very complex, rural, even Belgian character somehow.

On draft at HopDog while waiting for a dog. Barely hazy amber, nice fine head, malty nose. Light caramel flavors meeting fresh malt, smooth bitterness, just a killer traditional beer. Drinking it after a Griess Kellerbier just showcases how different these two excellent examples of the Keller style can be!

Tap at HopDog. Murky amber. Late summer, hay, grainy, stonefruit. Creamy, smooth, soft, with a nice buttery, slightly bitter finish. I like it.
