(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Yeasty, phenolic spicy and sulfuric nose with slightly wheaty and restrained fruity notes, except for shades of banana and citrus. Mildly bitter and slightly sour-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly sourish fruity and wheaty taste with present phenolic and yeasty spice; dry, yeasty-bitter and slightly sour-fruity finish. Meh. 05.VI.18

From the bottle. „Holler Busch Bockbier“. Aroma has notes of candy and bubblegum, as well as a dash of new rubber. Taste is sweet, more candy notes. Deep gold to amber with a foamy white head that fades away. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation with a warming lightly boozy bite at the end. Mediocre.

“Hollerbusch Bockbier“, 6,9 %, Flasche (50 cl) von Grabsch, Berlin-Lichterfelde. - Tief dunkelgold, klar. Anklänge an überreife Banane.

Many thanks for this Franken beer to Mariusz. Fajna stylowa etykieta, troche barwa nawiazuje do etykiet Schlenkerli.
