Bottle from land bier paradise. A mostly clear chesnut brown copper coloured pour with a lasting beige cap. Aroma is decent nutty toasted malts, rye bread, earthy hazelnut, little twig, tangy dried fruits. . Flavour is composed of semi sweet, latered rustic brown malts, brown bread, tangy dried fruits, burnt toffee, apple, toast. Nice layered malt, fruit loaf. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, rounded. Really drinkable for a dunkle. lingering hints of hazelnut and vanilla.

[ As Held Bräu Festbier ].
ABV: 5.3%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, pale, sweet malt, malty, grass, dusty, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty, sweet malt, pale malt, straw, grass, earthy notes. IMO: easy going .. nice food beer ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200719]

Bottle at home, from Hier-gibts-Bier, 10/07/20. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, light lemon zest, sweet notes, grass. Taste comprises bready malts, gentle citric tinged straw, grass, lemon rind, herb, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Bottle at home. It pours clear yellowy - gold with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, custard tart, doughy white bread, flakey pastry, slight floral vibes and bread & butter pudding. The taste is bitter - sweet, soft, doughy white bread, custard tarts, oily / buttery in the mouth, grass, herbal and some spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet, but enjoyable enough.

50cl bottle. From Hier Gibt´s Bier. Poured deep amber in color with a white head. Aroma of bready toasty malts. Balanced sweetness, more toast in flavor. Medium bodied, malty and sligltly bready. Long finish. Good dunkel indeed.

Bottle from Hier gibts Bier and drunk at home. Clear gold colour lasting cream head. Some cereal on aroma. Pretty drinkable in the mouth. Some peach and lemon. Light bitterness. Good fullness. Dry finish. Quite liked it.
