Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Sweetish-malty aroma. Starts sweetish, fruity notes of sweet lemon, some apricot. Mild malty background. Average.

Clear light amber with a white head. Caramel aroma with some malts. Sweet taste and a low bitter finish. Nice kellerbier.

On tap at Meisterstück. A bit of sulfur nose like rotten eggs and wheat toast, weird. Flavor is okay, fresh grains and traditional spicy/earthy hops.

500ml bottle. Clear, copper-ish, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, grainy, bready and minimally biscuity, malty and minimally fruity aroma, hints of caramel, strawy overtones, whiffs of ammonia, a touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, bready and grainy, caramel malty, strawy overtones, a (sugary) touch of apricot. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather monotonous, a tad too sweet - OK.

Bottle, had this Wednesday 10th November 2021 listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6 Music playing Radiohead - Kid A and adding it to their classic album club. Pours hazy amber with a white head, which swiftly departed. Fruity and displays caramel flavours but somewhat boring.
