Description
The brainkitten of Steve Grae and Ben Duckworth - a new London brewery and tasting room, doing things a bit differently.

Started production late-2016 at 39a Markfield Road, Tottenham. Moved in 2018 to half of the Old Partizan site in Bermondsey.

Moved in summer 2020 to a brewpub in Brixton.

Cask (gravity) @ 36th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2019 - Day 1 at 🇬🇧 The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.

[ As Affinity Simcoe Pale ].
ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light cookie. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]

Thin beige head on a murky golden coloured body. Minimal orange aroma. Medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a sticky back. Herbal, earthy, pine, orange & pithy tastes with a bug hopped up finish. A bit mixed up...

Dry hopped with Cryo Ekuanot & Sabro. From tap at Grosvenor Arms in Brixton with Bjørn 04.12.22. Translucent pale straw colour. White head and lacing.Aroma and taste of lemon, lime, sorrel, marmalade, pale malt, pine and sap. Slightly astringent mouthfeel.

På Grosvenor Arms i Stockwell, med Egil: uklar, mørk gylden med fint skum helt ned. Frisk og citruspreget med florale overtoner. En deilig klassisk ipa med god maltsmak og høy ff her i Londons sommervarme.
