The brainkitten of Steve Grae and Ben Duckworth - a new London brewery and tasting room, doing things a bit differently.

Started production late-2016 at 39a Markfield Road, Tottenham. Moved in 2018 to half of the Old Partizan site in Bermondsey.

Moved in summer 2020 to a brewpub in Brixton.

Draft at the brewery. A slightly odd pinkish colour in the glass and an interesting carbonation. This was like drinking prosecco with the fizz, the sharpness from the hops and some balancing malt. It was ok, if a bit of a novelty, but not something you could drink all evening. It does stick in the mind somewhat.

Cask at Affinity. Pours lightly hazy burnished gold with a lasting, frothy, off-white head. Lightly toasted grains in the nose, orange peel, earth. Light sweet flavour with more grainy malts, leaves, citrus peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation; fine condition. Finishes with more toasted grains, aged citrus, earth, leaves. Not bad.
