Description
Welcome to the Hackney Church Brew Co. We are a new brewpub based in the heart of Hackney, named after the parish church over the road. Like the church, we want to create a welcoming space that everyone can enjoy that gives back to the local community.

We serve our own tasty beers alongside delicious food in our taproom and sunny garden. In our book, that’s beer for all sorts.

Can from Hackney Church Brew Co, Hackney. Golden-yellow with a fair frothy head given there's a lot of activity out of the can. It's a pretty good example of the hop, very flavoursome, with some citrus fruitiness to be found and a light citric bitterness from this.

Keg at the Hackney Church taproom. Pours murky reddish purple with a small, creamy topping. Tasty overall, with restrained tart blackberry character, just hints of seedy bitterness, relaxed acidity. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish, more tart blackberries, a little salt. Refreshing, easygoing.
