Bottle at Pelikan. Deep clear golden. Early summer, sour, grainy. Bold, front heavy, buttery mouthfeel. Metallic sweet bread, spicy herbal. Drinkable.

Clear gold yellow beer, creamy dense off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, a bit grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, hay cow fodder, a bit sourish, good bitterness, hint of citrus. Aftertaste: grassy, hoppy, malty touch, dry, a bit sourish, a hint of wheat.

Tap at Ma che Siete venuti a fa. Mostly clear golden, big fluffy head. Rural grain and grass nose. Medium to full chewy dry body, sweet second half, more of a Helles than a Kellerpils. Spritzy finish though.

Ljus och klar lätt gyllengul vätska med kritvitt rejält skumlock. Lätt gräsig arom med inslag av bröd i aromen. Låg maltighet och en ren och närvarande beska. Mycket krispig och balanserad i smak och munkänsla.

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Dorata, velata, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, pane, leggero miele, erbaceo. In bocca è bilanciata, ma nella parte maltata è forse un po' invadente, sembra più una helles che non una pils. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Ok.
