Bottle, thanks Dejan! Clear darker golden body, whiteish, thick head. Sweetish grainy aroma, lightly herbal. Soft taste, lightly grainy maltiness, lightly minty and herbal, mildly flowery, sweetish initially, ending a bit dryish, very low bitterness. Pretty okay!

500 ml can. Malty, bready nose, light lemony hops. Clear pale gold with a low head. Not so sweet. Dry and bready, lightly lemony and spicy. Crackers. Light to medium bitterness and a dry finish.

Day 10: Unser Burgerbrau Alpen Stoff Helles 5% Deep gold with thick white foam which doesn’t last so long nor leave lacing behind. The aroma is malty sweet but lagerly attractive. Medium bodied the taste is a touch rough, herbal bitter hops and sweet honey graham malts. It’s ok but this might be the weakest of the set so far which is kind of funny as it comes the day after the strongest.

Can, Kalea/ Aldi pack. Gold with a fading cm+ white head. Cheery if plain bready aroma with some grass. Thinnish without any nod towards richness before a decent nip of bitterness. OK.

500ml can from advent calendar. Golden pour, small but sturdy head. Aroma is bready, savory, touch of hops. Taste follows with notes of sourdough, fresh baked bread and a light floral finish.
