500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, strawy, husky and spicy, pale malty as well as slightly unspecific, hoppy aroma, whiffs of protein. Taste is spicy, slightly grainy pale malty with subtle residual sweetness and moderately bitter, herbal-grassy hoppy, hints of thistle, nettle, a touch of salty cracker, mineral overtones, a touch of protein as well.
Oily-watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, nice rural, earthy aspects, fairly meaty - good.

Clear copper with a fizzy white head. Notes of bready malt, a bit of noble hop spice, some grain. Light/Medium bodied. Finish has a short snap. Clean and enjoyable but seems a bit thin in profile.
