500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow with a foamy head. Gooseberries, elderflower, lemon and lemon zest, grain, white bread, slightly metallic. Mild dry bitterness, grainy fruity sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty fruity floral bittersweet finish. A nice summer beer!

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours red brown, partially transparent, with fine light cream foam. Aroma is caramel and malty, a bit nutty and chestnut honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.
