Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht grasig hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht grasig hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

500ml can pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is light grass spice notes and some wheat. Taste is more of the nice wheat grass kick and some spice.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a small foamy head. Stone fruit, bread, dough, hay, citrus zest. Grainy sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily chalky texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry grainy bready zesty finish. Decent Kellerbier, not rustic though and not really what you would expect from a Franconian Kellerbier.

Pour is a milky looking blonde with a giant white head. Aroma is grainy creamy malt with some lemon. Flavor is again a creamy and blonde grainy malt. Finish is gone in a second. Decent if nothing special at the same time.

Mein letztes Bier aus einer Kalea-Bierbox von Hofer, das mich aber nicht vollends überzeugen kann. Das liegt aber nicht an irgendwelchen Braufehlern, sonderen einfach, dass es zu brav und flach rüberkommt. Ein klassisches Industriebier, das sich schön trinken lässt, aber dem es sonst an Urigkeit und Tiefe fehlt.
