Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - amber with no carbonation which is good. Nose - farmyard notes. Sour apples slightly going off. Taste - proper tart apple, sweet apples at the front, then sour, sour, sour. Apple skin. Palate - close to medium bodied with a long lean middle and end. Overall - lovely properly made cider.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, honey, licorice - anis seed. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160318]
