On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of floral hops, some herbal pot-like notes and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fresh and hoppy, with loads of floral hops, herbal pot-like notes, and dry crackery malt. Wonderful body to this. Excellent stuff.

2014-08-31, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 10oz
Draught at St. Augustineβs, Vancouver, 5+14 oz
Hazy blond color with compact persistent head. Peculiar aroma, very nice: itβs fruity, grapey, possibly also cheesy (goat cheese). The lean pale malt body is a great choice, still it conveys quality; hop explosion, very resiny, bitter, quite fruity and piney.
Great, straight, modern IPA.

Very pale, clear, has a light pear and ester nose with a touch of gum, has a dry finish with some pale malt sweetness, a dash of alcohol and some more of those phenols.

Clear straw, dry, has a nice herbal dryness, a classic north Geman pils with character.
