Head gone in seconds, leaving crystal clear metallic golden beer. Vinous, white grapes, bit mineral, cristallized vegetable molecules. Vinous, almost sparkling wine-like, vonkelwijn. Underlying fruitsugars, totally natural. Light if really slick-oily feel, soft carbonation. Very good IGA, rigorously following the Italian legislation.

On tap at Ammutsøn, pours an opaque, muddy orange with a small white head. Aroma has some fermentation issues, with muddy yeast, earthiness, and stone fruit pith. Flavour is likewise very jumbled—definitely a yeast issue—with pithy stone fruits, earthiness, and soil. Pretty incompetent.

Tap at Ammutsøn (maybe Ammutsøn?). Chestnut raspberry. Raspberry jam, pastry. Same for the taste, and tart. A hint of smoke. This works. Linzertorte.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La parte liquida si presenta opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine. La carbonazione è morbida e persistente. Il colore è ambrato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, luppolo, agrumi e pompelmo rosa.

Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma color bianco candido, cremosa e dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il piano sottostante è di apparenza limpida. Poche bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo e agrumi.
