The music is always turned up too loud and in a nod to our roots, we have cows as next door neighbours.
We have a lovely community on our farm, working closely with our landlord and supplying beer to his son who runs the butcher’s and farm shop on site.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2013, day 3 - London. Pours dark gold with a creamy, off-white head. Rich citrusy aroma, some pale malt undertones. Medium sweet flavor with strong minerals, simple citrus, light citrus character. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with some pale bread, juicy orange, a little general jammy citrus. Alright.

Cask gravity at Siba South East 2015. Light smoke but lasting chilli. Dark ruby black beer no head little condition. Some chocolate. Smokey chilli is ok and not over powering. Heat on the finish is just about right for me.
