As Forstner Biere Lucky Ginger.
Amber/bronze coloured, huge quick disappearing beige head, nice and not too offensive ginger nose. Aroma of ginger with slight malty and sweet notes. Pleasant ginger notes in the finish. In comparison with other three or four ginger beers that I’ve tried, this one is very nice and drinkable.

Pale amber coloured, hyper-quick disappearing beige head. Aroma was malty and fruity with mild yeasty notes. Contains three types of american hops, but hop presence is almost symbolic.

Bottle at the Dombräu in Graz, shared with ozujsko of course, Forstner Biere Styrian Ale. Poured a dark brown colour with a persistent medium sized beige head. The nose is dominated completely by a nice maltiness. The taste is very nice, coffee is quite obvious, with good maltiness and roastiness, maaaybe some dark chocolate. Good mouthfeel. A bit hard to put this in a category... but I’ll go with Brown Ale. A pleasant beer that I would definitely have again.

Beer n...nah.... won’t bother to write that anymore. Bottle at the Dombräu, 4.8%, as Forstner Biere Lucky Ginger Poured a nice opaque darker red-brown colour...and it was a gusher... the enormous beige head did its best to get away from the bottle... The nose is nice, pure ginger, with maaaaybe some hints of diacetyl, but that might’ve been some smell wafting from the kitchen. The taste is pleasant, light, almost watery, but lovely. Ginger owns it, with some lemony hints. Damn good for a ginger beer.

My beer no.5 of the Croatian RB beerhunt in Graz. Bottle, as Forstner Biere Bio Weisse at the Dombräu. Beers from this brewery have been a very pleasant surprise, but this one proved to be the "weakest link". Poured a clear, just slightly hazy golden colour with lively carbonation and a big white head that went away slowly. The nose was dominated by cloves, with some weak hints of bananas. The taste is, yeah, cloves again, lacticity, lemony sourness and again some weak hints of banana. Not bad at all, but far from the best hefeweizen I’ve had.

My beer no.3 of the Croatian RB beerhunt in GrazBottled, as Forstner Biere Vollmond Doppelbock, 7.5%, at the Dombräu. Poured a misty amber colour on top of which was a small beige head that went away almost instantly. Fizzy. The nose is yeasty and alcoholic. Fruity too. The taste was damn pleasant, malt, fruitiness, alcohol all around but it actually complemented the taste instead of ruining like in some other Austrian bocks I’ve had. Almost no hops. Kinda light for its strength, and dangerously drinkable. The biggest and the most pleasant surprise of the beerhunt for me (it wasn’t the best beer though). A superb pale bock... that just happens to call itself Doppelbock.
