Bei diesem Bier wollte der Zauberer zeigen, was alles möglich ist: Zugabe von Weizenmalz und extra-mürbem belgischen Klostermalz und dazu noch hopfengestopft. So ergibt sich zwar ein ordentlich-malziger Körper, aber die Hopfenaromen stechen zu sehr vor und wirken irgendwie wirr und fehl am Platze. Dieses Bier geht mir nicht wirklich ab.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly cautious, herbal, salty spicy aroma, citrusy hints of lemon, some balm. Taste is tart, salty, fruity basis with notes of nectarine, mirabelle, unripe peach, a touch of quince, citrusy hoppy overtones, hints of lemon, salted lemon.

Bottle from European Swap. Many thanks! Apple juice colour, very clear, white foam disappears quickly. Soft, almost no carbonation. Lemony flavour, light tart, some salty notes. Interesting.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Bierzauberei Aleysium No. 5 (Gose) ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Gusher !! Unclear - hazy matt light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, tart, baking yeast, lacto. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, tart, baking yeast, tart fruity, yeast, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden with floaties. Aroma and taste are pepper, malt, bread and hops.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Major gusher. Murky yellow with a huge white head and big disgusting floaties. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, light coriander and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate bitter and salty. Dry, moderate bitter and salty. 220416

Bottle. Gusher. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow cloudy colour. moderate malty and light hoppy moldy aroma. Light bitter slightly moldy flavor. Not sour. Average finish. Watery palate.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy orange-yellow colour with a nice white head. Aroma is salt, sour and fruity. Taste is salt and sour with fruits like citrus and grapefruit and coriander as well. It´s balanced and refreshing. Interesting beer.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight citric. Sweet, fruity, slight metallic. Dry, fruity and toasted malty. Sweet and slight fruity finish.
