salt, malt aroma.
good beer first of this style I guess. Not bad and highly drinkable. Medium to light carbo with medium body. Salt and malt flavour, coriander and sometimes a strong metal flavour.

0.33 l bottle. Hazy orange color, no head. Sweetness, alcohol, malts, dried fruits in aroma. Sweet fruits (orange hints) in taste with strong alcoholic overtone. Leaves a warm mouthfeel. Medium to heavy body.

It is a regular stout, easy to drink, roasted malt, notes of coffee, few vanilla aroma, hop, a bit watery, perfect before an imperial. 30.01.2017, drinking it at Lausanne, buying it in beer lovers or beer store Vienna

(bottle, 33cl, as Niklas Weisse, 5.6% abv) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Very fruit-accented, almost a bit perfumed aroma with wheat-malt, yeast and fruity notes of stonefruits, citrus, physalis, accompanied by herbal and mildly flowery hops. Sour-tart and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Sourish fruity and mildly wheaty taste with yeasty and phenolic spice, backed by delicately herbal hops; sour-tart and mainly citric finish. Strange. 20.VIII.17

Smooth and fresh beginning. The Gose is soft and grainy with only hints of sourness or salt. Sessionable, but more on the "Helles"-side with hints of salt in the aftertaste than a "real" Gose. Somehow sad.

Amber with big white head. Aroma is grape sugar, lots of funky fruits, apricot, slight salt, some dough. Taste are sweet apricots, very fruity, also in the finish. Also slight salt in the finish. Big bubbles but easy to drink. Alcohol well hidden. Good stuff.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with huge white head. Aroma is intense apricot (Marille), jammy and sweet. Taste is apricot, a bit salty, but really jammy and sticky sweet. Oily, even a bit viscous mouthfeel with surprisingly low carbonation. Too sweet, unfortunately.

Bottle at home, 26th January 17. Pours still and clear, dark amber. Aroma is fruity, sweet, caramel. Taste is sweet, slight bitter, fruit, caramel, slight wood. It’s OK, a little like a barley wine.
