Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, lacto, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, murky amber colour with a short off-white foamy layer. Yeasty, mildly bready malty and slightly wheaty aroma with mildly fruity notes of citrus, apricot and lime. Mildly sweet and delicately tart and salty flavour, light bodied with a tame carbonation. Yeasty-spicy, slightly bready (cara-)malty taste with a moderate fruit character and a whiff of coriander towards the mildly sweet and delicately tart finish, shades of saltiness in the aftertaste. Style-wise not really convincing. 04.III.16

550 ml bottle from Ammersin 5, Vienna, bb 27.11.15, 5.3% ABV.
Orange, hazy body, with a big, frothy, white head.
Aroma of citrus, orange, zest, flowers, grass, grains, some herbs.
Taste follows this, with more herbal bitterness and pretty dry.
Quite light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, zesty, even a bit piney, fruity, herbal, a bit yeasty, grainy.
Good. Even though my bottle is past the bb date, still with a lot of bitter, citric hops. A bit too much herbal notes though, which disturb the balance for me. Overall I’ve had better style examples (but also worse), but an interesting take on this style nonetheless.

33 cl bottle on December 6, 2015. Thanks to Ingo! BB 30.10.2015.Hazy copper color, small off-white head, trace of lacing. Malty, cream, light sweet, floral, fresh scent. Salty, floral, winegums, yeasty taste. Dry, winegums, salty aftertaste. Medium light mouthfeel, low to medium low bitterness. Really not as acidic as I was expecting, can’t say I find any real trace of the lactic acid, perhaps a slight feeling of low pH.
