Slightly dark malty aroma with notes of caramel, woody accents and a mildly tart and delicately funky cherry-fruity touch. Mildly sour and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly earthy malty base with caramel, a slightly funky touch and sourish tart notes of Morello cherries; mildly sour-tart cherry-fruity and slightly citric finish with a balanced earthy malty backbone. (bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and loose frothy white head. Yeasty, distinctively wheaty aroma with grainy malty moderately fruity notes of citrus, grapefruit and banana. Moderately bitter and slightly sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Dry and fruity wheaty taste with notes of citrus and grapefruit, mildly phenolic and yeasty spices in the background; dry, mildly bitter hoppy and sour-tart finish with a lasting fruity tail. 20.VIII.17

Slightly sweet flavor with present notes of acidity, showing hints of infection, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation.
