30-03-19 // taster at CRAFT Nürnberg clear amber. sweetish Bock with a minimal smokey aroma. Not much whisky malt used. Solid at all.

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark caramelized malt toffee and some red fruits. Taste of sweet red malt, caramel, toffee.

Bottled 330ml. -from Die Bierothek Bamberg. Deep brown (almost black coloured), medium sized beige head, caramel and light chocolate in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, nutty and touch of milk chocolate with notes of dried fruits in the finish. Also light grainy. Imperial stout only in the name, more likely schwarzbier with alcohol added.

Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A clear amber beer. Aroma of toasted malt, moderate bitter hops, grains. Taste of sharp grainy malt, cereals, toasted malt, medium bitterness.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle. A bit hazy, amber with a white head. Sweetish, slightly malty aroma of caramel, some grains and traces of straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently malty taste of caramel, nuts and grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.
