Description

Hazy golden with little white head. Aroma is lots of yeasts and straw. Taste is fresh yeasty sourness with a tiny sweet touch. Minerally in the finish. A little soap as well. Medium body. A yeast bomb with nothing much else.

Clear amber with medium white head. Aroma is shallow hay, noble hops, crispy stuff. Taste is well balanced fruity sweetness and hop bitterness. Some carbonation induced sourness on top. Long finish of yeasty sourness. Easy to drink. Nice.

Dark amber with little beige head. Aroma is roast and nuts, some caramel notes as well. Taste is shallow bitterness with some rather awkward minerally sourness. Slightly watery. Not bad, not particularly good.

Dark amber with little white head. Aroma is lots of ham. Bah. Taste is umami with some sourness and a sweet caramelly touch. Nice mouthfeel with much carbonation and bubbles. Again ham in the finish. I don’t like the ham.
